| terrific staff, very friendly they were cleaning the hotel constantly, very nic appearance as we entered the lobby, there were 4 major events going on in the 3 days we were there and it nevere got crowded. i would recommend |

| Beautiful location, hotl felt like it had a private beach. Staff for cordial and willing to give you advice where to visit on the island...be sure to check out the wild horses and Wright Brothers while visiting this location. |

| Lobby great, people friendly,room nice,but the whole floor was being renovated.There were couches and other furniture in the hall way,that you had to dodge.I would recommend in the future that no guests stay on the floor until the construction is complete. |

| My boyfriend and I stayed at the kitty hawk hilton for three nights when we were in town for a wedding. We were extremely happy with the hotel's location. There were a couple of things that made our stay less than perfect:
1. On the second day of our stay the maid came once when we were dressing to leave for the day. We came back that evening and expected the room to have been cleaned and new towels left for us but this wasn't the case. I guess if you miss your first chance for maid service, that's it.
2. I asked the front desk about a nice brunch place with great bloody marys. We were directed to Henry's, an old, dirty restaurant with horrible food and NO bloody marys. The staff should be better informed about nearby locations.
Overall, I would recommend the Kitty Hawk Hilton to friends but this is only because it's the best place to stay in the area...with little or no competition. |

| Typical Hilton, nice rooms, good service, reasonable price. This one is right on the beach and there is a pier for sightseeing or fishing on the property.
Indoor pool is small but well maintained as was the hot tub.
The rooms were comfortable but the beds were a little hard for our taste.
Convenient to nearby shops, gas etc.
Overall a good experience, good value, I would be ok staying there again. |

| the staff were very professional but friendly. Staff at the front desk provided some excellent places to go for dining while there. Recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a great place to spend some quality time. |

| Nice hotel for the off season price. Went there as a surprise for the wife. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. No LCD tv or anything to that matter but tv still worked well. Wifi reception was great and fast on our iPad when we needed it. Reception personnel were very kind and helpful. Lost my debit card the fist night at a local restraunt and they located it for me. Be aware that obx nearly shuts down in the winter. Not much to do other than bar hop, and this hotel is not within walking distance of any that are open year round. Longboards is the only bar open late in the off season that I could find. |
